567 Privacy Policy

567 is built by Nopal Studio LLC.

Last updated: May 28, 2026

The short version: 567 does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no ads, and no third-party SDKs. Everything you create in 567 stays on your device.

Data we collect

None. 567 has no servers and no backend. We do not collect your name, email, location, device identifiers, usage analytics, or any other personal information. We cannot see anything you do in the app.

Your videos and library

When you import a video, 567 copies it into the app's private storage on your device. Your videos, moves, names, and notes are saved locally and never leave your device. We have no access to them.

Photo Library access

567 asks for permission to access your photo library for one reason: so you can choose videos to import into your 567 library. Imported videos are copied into the app on your device. 567 never uploads them anywhere and does not read, scan, or use any other photos.

Backups

567's data is stored locally and is included in your device's standard backups. If you have iCloud Backup or an encrypted computer backup enabled, your 567 data is backed up by that mechanism, governed by Apple's privacy policy. Nopal Studio LLC has no access to your backups. You can also export your library manually from within the app at any time.

Sharing

Because 567 collects nothing, there is nothing to share. We do not sell, rent, or disclose any data to third parties.

Children's privacy

567 is not directed to children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
