567 Support

Help with 567, the dance-move library for iPhone.

Need a hand? Email [email protected]. It's a small team, so please allow a couple of days for a reply. Including your iOS version and a short description of what happened helps a lot.

Importing videos

567 asks for photo-library permission so you can pick videos to add to your library. If you declined, you can re-enable it in Settings → 567 → Photos. Imported videos are copied into the app, so the originals in Photos are left untouched.

Where your data lives

Everything you create in 567 — your videos, moves, and notes — is stored locally on your device. There are no accounts and nothing is uploaded. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Backing up your library

Your 567 data is included in your device's standard backup. If you have iCloud Backup turned on, restoring your iPhone also restores 567.

You can also export your library manually. Open the Style picker and tap Export Library. You'll be offered two options:

The system share sheet then lets you save the export wherever you like.

If the app reports a data problem

In the rare case 567 can't open your library after an update, it shows a recovery screen. Tap Export current data first to save a recovery bundle (your video files plus the underlying data) off your device, then email [email protected] and we'll help. Avoid Reset library until you've exported, since it erases the on-device data.

Deleting your data

Deleting the 567 app removes its on-device data. Note that any videos you also kept in Photos remain in your photo library and are not affected.

Requirements

567 requires iPhone running iOS 18 or later.
